Have you forgotten how to love movement? Does the thought of stepping on a scale fill you with dread? Are you tired of being told you need to meticulously track your calories if you want to reach any of your fitness goals?

This is where that changes.

My name is Jess Hrich (pronounced "rich"). I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a BA in Psychology and I'm here to change the narrative on what sustainable health can look like.

I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing both physical and mental needs. I believe in celebrating our bodies for all they can do instead of punishing them for how they compare to others. I believe that exercise should be fun, that your food choices have no moral value,
and, most importantly, I believe that what you look like is the
LEAST interesting thing about you.
If you're tired of feeling like crap about yourself every time you look in the mirror, if you're tired of listening to fitfluencers try to push supplements down your throat, and if you're tired of society telling you that you have to change your body to be happy, I just might be the personal trainer for you.
