I need a Program
Are you a regular gym goer looking to switch things up? Do you feel a little stuck and need some guidance getting to the next level with your goals? Consider purchasing one of our 8-12 week programs. These one-time, flat rate purchases do not include any one-on-one coaching so they're the perfect fit for a highly motivated and independent individual looking for a bit more structure in their routine.
I need a Community
Do you thrive when surrounded by individuals with similar goals? Are you looking to connect with other people who can relate to your fitness journey? Consider joining one of our 8 week #getfithavefun challenges. By joining a cycle, you get three workouts a week and access to a facebook group of everyone else completing the same training cycle. Out next cycle is scheduled to start Monday May 6th, 2024.
I need Accountability
Are you feeling a little lost when trying to start your fitness journey? Are you looking for some individualized guidance with a high level of accountability? Consider applying for one-on-one personal training. All personal training clients receive 2-4 completely individualized workouts per week in addition to a 30 minute weekly check in call with their trainer to address any questions, concerns or changes in goals.
What if I just need some advice?
If you need some one-time advice or you're not sure which service is right for you, consider booking a one time non-client consult call. These 30 or 60 minute calls are the perfect option for anyone seeking individualized advice, form checks, program feedback or goal setting guidance. If you decide to move forward with a program after a non-client consult call, half the cost of your consult is applied towards the price of the service you select.
